As a small team tackling a massive operational problem, efficiency was everything. Owning both the UI and the React Native build meant zero compromises got made between the design file and the final product. The app launched smoothly and immediately gained traction on the floor. It currently handles a 90% daily adoption rate, becoming a staple for the workforce simply because it was built around their actual feedback.
